fasta_explode command

The fasta_explode command creates one FASTA file for each sequence in the input file, which must be in FASTA format. Output file names are the sequence labels in the input file, so every label must be a valid file name for your operating system, otherwise the command will fail.

Example

usearch -fasta_explode db.fa
