-dbmask option
Specifies masking for database sequences. Default is fastnucleo or fastamino.
In the case of a udb database, masking is applied
when the index is created (makeudb_ublast
or makeudb_usearch); the -dbmask option
will be ignored by search commands that use a udb database.
