USEARCH and BLASTX are compared.
USEARCH results are shown for
typical values of the accel parameter, which the user can set to
achieve a desired trade-off between speed and sensitivity. Values of accel
range from 100% (maximum sensitivity, slower speed) to 1% (fastest
speed, lower sensitivity). U-sorting is not enabled, so sensitivity is
measured using all hits rather than the top hit or top few hits.
