utaxout file format
The utaxout file is tabbed text with two fields: the query
sequence label and the taxonomy prediction with P-values specified as
percentages, so e.g. 91 means P=0.91, i.e. 91% confidence that the prediction is
correct.
The prediction is specified as a string with a name and
confidence for each level, e.g.:Archaea(87.8),"Euryarchaeota"(87.8),Halobacteria(73.5),Halobacteriales(73.5),Halobacteriaceae(73.5),Halorubrum(59.8)
