Fast version of MUSCLE for i86 Linux |

Joel Hedlund at NSC in Sweden has re-compiled MUSCLE using the Intel compiler, and is generously making this binary available to other MUSCLE users. Joel reports that this binary for i86 Linux is faster than my binaries, which are compiled with gcc. You can download Joel's binary by
following this link to the
NSC MUSCLE page. Please note that I have not tested this program and
cannot provide support for issues that are specific to this build. |
