BALI2DNAF Frame-shift detection benchmark dataset

BALI2DNA and BALI2DNAF are nucleotide sequence alignments created by reverse-translating BALIBASE v2 to nucleotides. In BALI2DNAF, either one or two spurious letters have been inserted into exactly one sequence in each set to provoke a frame-shift.
